Multimedia impression based on recordings made in Przemyśl. Records of real-ity become a creative monument of everyday life. The realization is a situational game with the use of video projections, referring to the theme of the festival: Monuments and Souvenirs and the events related to the destruction of the commemorative plaque from the previous edition of the festival.
The recording shows me ripping off the peeling paint from an old, forgotten information board standing by the river. The board, with an almost illegible sign, is trembling, vibrating and creaking. Rust is getting under my fingernails. I’m projecting onto the street in front of the Ukrainian House, where I’m outlining more cobblestones with white children’s chalk.
