The collected recordings of city life, abstracted using specialist microphones such as micro-ears, geophones or electro-ears, served as the background and context of the sound performance I made in one of the central gates of the city of Görlitz.
During the live performance, the feedback effect that appears during the simultaneous collection of sound and its playback was crucial to building the soundscape.
